IET India Scholarship Awards 2024 – Eligibility Criteria
- Open for students studying in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of a full-time regular undergraduate engineering program (in any field) approved by AICTE/UGC.
- Applicants must have cleared all regular credit courses in a single attempt.
- Applicants must have scored at least 60% in aggregate or an equivalent CGPA of at least six on a 10-point scale in the semesters cleared so far.
- There is no age limit for the applicants.
Scholarship Selection process
Stage 1- Students are shortlisted based on their academic performance as well as extracurricular activities
Stage 2- Shortlisted students will be invited for an online test in STEM subject and technical expertise.
Stage 3- Those who meet the cut-off score will be shortlisted for the regional rounds, where they will present their technological solutions to a pressing societal challenge in their region. There will be five regions: North, South 1, South 2, East and Northeast, and West.
Stage 4- Regional winners will compete with each other to win the national title.
