Begum Hazrat Mahal Scholarship 2024: This Scholarship Program Commonly Known as BHMNS is a government initiative aimed at providing financial assistance to female students belonging to minority communities in India. The BHMNS Scholarship was Launched by late Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee to supports girls from economically disadvantaged backgrounds to pursue education from 9th to 12th grades. The scholarship amount, ranging from Rs. 5,000 to Rs. 6,000 annually, covers various expenses such as school fees, books, boarding, and lodging, empowering girls to continue their education despite financial constraints.

Eligibility Criteria

The applicant must follow the following eligibility criteria of Begum Hazrat Mahal Scholarship 2024 to apply for the scholarship program:-

1. The beneficiaries of the Begum Hazrat Mahal Scholarship 2024 must be girls students belonging to minority communities are Muslims, Christians, Jains, Buddhists, Sikhs, and Parsis
2. The girls students must be studying from class 9th to 12th.
3. The  Applying student has to secure at least 50% marks or an equivalent grade in the previous year qualifying exam.
4. The credentials of the applying student have to be verified by the school.
5. The annual income of the student’s family should be less than Rs 2 lakh
6. Only two students from a family can apply for BHMNS scholarships.
7. The Student must be studying in India.

The applicant must follow the following terms and conditions of Begum Hazrat Mahal Scholarship 2024 to apply for this scholarship program:-

The scholarship amount of BHMNS will be disbursed on the basis of a minority population in each state.

The Scholarship authorities can change any rules from time to time.
